ATTORNEY

LaTonya Laird Austin is a general practitioner and litigator whose certifications include licenses to practice before Arkansas State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.  LaTonya provides a broad range of legal services to individual clients in the state of Arkansas.  Among other things, her experience includes being a deputy prosecuting attorney, deputy prosecuting attorney, writing appellate briefs for the Arkansas Attorney General, federal court practice, civil litigation, and years of trial experience.

She communicates effectively and demonstrates the strictest personal and professional ethics as well as the utmost concern for her clients.  LaTonya Laird Austin is frequently called upon to make presentations on various aspects of the law to schools, civic organizations, the legal community, and law enforcement agencies.  She has also had the opportunity to sit several times as "Special Judge" in Pulaski County, Arkansas district and circuit courts.
